Who else is ready for this cold weather to come to an end? I personally don’t mind the winter months, but am definitely ready for the spring weather to arrive.
When Neutrogena asked me what my #SkincareStatus was, I knew my answer: DRY. I was so excited when I received a box full of the Neutrogena Hydro Boost collection packed with hydrating ingredients. I’m happy to partner again with this iconic brand to bring you my thoughts on their new skincare products.
These five products in the Hydro Boost collection that I received, including the new Multivitamin Booster, are perfect for anyone looking for affordable skincare to add an extra hydrating boost to their skin. All the products in this line contain purified hyaluronic acid. If you’ve never used products with this ingredient – I know the word “acid” can sound scary. Hyaluronic acid is something that is naturally found in the skin and needs to be replenished over time due to your face’s exposure to the elements, drying skincare products, etc.
I have been using hyaluronic acid in my skincare for a for a while now and love how it hydrates my skin without clogging my pores. Heavy face creams don’t always work for me because while my skin isn’t particularly sensitive, it does get irritated with heavier products.
I have to say – I really love all the products in this collection! My top two have to be the Multivitamin Booster and the Gentle Cleansing Lotion. I have used the booster each day since receiving these products and love removing makeup at the end of the day with the cleansing lotion.
I have links to the product pages and prices below – they are well priced, with the cleansers coming in at just under $9 and the moisturizer and serum around $20. You get a great amount of product for the price, so these can easily last you for months. I’ve been alternating with the Cleansing Gel and Exfoliating Cleanser in the shower in the morning and have barely made a dent in either.
There are even more items in the Hydro Boost Collection – including a sheet mask that I’m dying to try AND makeup! Head on over to Neutrogena’s website to learn more about this collection and the expanded line.
- Water Gel $19.99
- Cleansing Gel $8.99
- Gentle Cleansing Lotion $8.99
- Exfoliating Cleanser $8.99
